Boutique Hotel Executive Chef – Bedfordview

Executive Chef needed for established upmarket Boutique Hotel in Bedfordview. Looking for individuals with 8+ years senior chef experience. Knowledge of modern cuisine required. Experience in a high-end Hotel / Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a kitchen operation. Main duties will include food preparation and food quality control. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able to work in a team and able to lead a kitchen brigade. Experience in all types of food delivery required. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Experience in menu planning and food development essential. Strong cooking skills essential.
