Coffee Shop in Bedfordview is looking for a senior Chef. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant sous chef and kitchen management experience. Must have experience in a sit-down, a la carte full-service Restaurant environment. The suitable candidate will be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main duties will include food preparation, food quality control, food cost control, kitchen administration, health-safety procedures, staff management, task delegation, staff training, stock loss and waste control. Looking for someone who is passionate about kitchens, hardworking and able to work under pressure. Applicants must be able to lead a kitchen brigade. Position requires evening and weekend shifts.
