Bakery / Restaurant Central Kitchen in Bedfordview is looking for a Bakery Manager. Looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience in commercial and/or retail banking management. The position is ideal for a candidate with baking / pastry chef experience. Main duties will include quality control, quantity control, staff management, stock control and general administration. Ability to think fast and work under strict guidelines essential. Must have knowledge of various different types of breads, desserts, cakes and pastries and must be up to date with modern food trends. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a team, manage production and multi-task. Hours 8am to 5pm six days a week. Salary R 12000 – 15000 Nett.
