Restaurant manager required for leading upmarket trendy Restaurant in Bedfordview. Will consider junior and senior management candidates with 5 or more years Restaurant management experience. Must have strong general Restaurant management skills both front & back of house. Main duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Strong customer relations skills are essential. Applicants must be skilled in Restaurant administration and must be able to work under pressure.
