Bar Manager – Bryanston

Upmarket Restaurant / Bar in Bryanston is looking for a Bar Manager with 5 or more years’ experience in an upscale bar / restaurant environment. Candidates must have strong general bar management skills and must have the ability to work under pressure. Good stock management skills and knowledge of liquor costings essential. The position is suitable for individuals with good organizing skills and for candidates with a passion for customer service. Main duties will include stock control, cash ups, bar administration, staff management and training. Must have experience working on a point of sale system.
