Restaurant General Managers – Cape Town

Two General Manager positions available in Cape town, one in Sea Point and one in Camps Bay. Candidates with 10+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as GM will be considered. Must have strong general management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Main duties will include opening / closing procedures, stock management, restaurant administration, front and back of house management. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills. Salary 20 – 25K net.
