Multi-Store Head Chef – East Rand

Head Chef needed for Restaurant group with 2 branches in the east rand, Bedfordview & Boksburg. Looking for individuals with 7+ years senior chef experience. Knowledge of modern cuisine required. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main duties will include food preparation and food quality control. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able to work in a team and able to lead a kitchen brigade. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Experience in menu planning and food development essential. Strong cooking skills essential. This is a cooking and management role.
