Front of House Restaurant Manager – Fairy Glen

Trendy Restaurant / Pizzeria in Fairy Glen is looking for a front of house Restaurant manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 3+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant operation within a management team. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. References must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash ups essential. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone who works well in a team and who performs well in a busy environment. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Working hours: 10h00 – 22h30 Thursday – Monday with Tuesday and Wednesday off. Salary R 10 – 12 K net.
