Front of House Bar Manager – Fourways

Upmarket Bar in Fourways is looking for a Front of House Bar Manager with 4+ years Restaurant / Bar management experience. Candidates must have strong customer relations skills with the ability to run a front of house bar operation within a management team. Looking for someone with good stock management skills and with knowledge of liquor costings. Main duties will also include staff management / training, floor management, opening & closing procedures. The position is suitable for individuals who are well-spoken, energetic and who works well under pressure. Trading hours are till 2am so must be willing to work late. Salary R 14 – 17 K net.
