Upmarket established Restaurant/Bar in the Fourways area is looking for a Kitchen Manager / Chef. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation. Main duties will be stock management, variances and stock reporting. Applicants must be skilled in staff management and able to lead a kitchen brigade. The suitable candidate will have experience in food cost, hygiene and kitchen administration.
