Sous Chef position available with Italian fast food / quick service Restaurant in Fourways. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef experience. Main focus will be staff management, quality control, general kitchen management duties and food preparation. Knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Suitable candidate must be able to expedite orders in a busy environment. Looking for someone that can coordinate customer orders and who can work the pass efficiently.
