General Manager position available with fine-dining Restaurant in Fourways. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as senior manager will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well groomed, well spoken, and fluent in English. Looking for a hardworking team leader who works well under pressure. Applicants must be skilled in staff management stock control, Restaurant administration, opening & closing procedures.
