Established fine dining Restaurant in Fourways is looking for a Senior Floor Manager. Will consider individuals with 7+ years front of house Restaurant management experience. Candidates must have strong floor management skills with the ability to manage & train staff. Applicants must be well groomed, well-spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Duties will include floor management, cash ups, staff management and stock control. Position is suitable for candidates who work well on a busy Restaurant floor and someone who can handle pressure.
