Assistant Hotel General Manager – Franschhoek

Established 5 Star Hotel in Franschhoek is looking for an Assistant General Manager. Candidates with 8+ years’ experience in a high-end Hotel or Guest House will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Hotel operation. Applicants must be well spoken with strong communications skills. Duties will include managing staff, stock, administration, rooms and F&B. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills.
