Area Operations Manager – Gauteng

Area Operations Manager needed for Restaurant group in Gauteng with 10 stores. Candidates must have 8+ years’ experience at head office level. Candidates who owned a Restaurant and have multi-store management experience will also be considered. Looking for someone with a hands-on approach – the successful candidate will have to work in the stores and assist management with day-to-day operations. General duties include maintaining brand standards and service levels as well as troubleshooting. The position is suitable for a self-motivated ambitious candidate who can maximize store potential. Applicants must have extensive experience with Gaap / Pilot point of sale systems and will be expected to monitor pos systems remotely. Experience in multi-store management essential. Looking for an individual with a firm management style and comprehensive experience in Restaurant operations. The shops are situated in Jhb North and Centurion. Salary 30 -40K CTC + incentives.
