Restaurant Manager – Germiston

A prominent restaurant located in the Germiston area is currently seeking a front of house restaurant manager. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in managing a busy restaurant environment and possess a strong understanding of restaurant floor management. Candidates with a minimum of four years of management experience in the restaurant industry will be considered. Effective communication skills are essential, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front of house restaurant operation. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent customer relations skills and be well-spoken. Candidates with a long-standing work history with previous employers will be given preference, and all references must be contactable. Experience with restaurant administration and cash-ups is required. The duties of the role will include staff management, stock control, and opening and closing procedures.
