Retail Development Specialist – Jhb North

Retail, Development and Project Specialist position available with leading Restaurant brand in Jhb. The primary focus of this position is to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership in the operational functions of the business. The retail specialist will collaborate with Restaurant management teams, the head office support team, and brand executives to develop and implement strategies and policies for regular operations. Key responsibilities include staying up to date with food and beverage trends, sourcing and developing new products, maintaining quality controls and merchandising guidelines, identifying brand opportunities, and researching industry advancements. Additionally, the specialist will set quarterly goals, communicate effectively with all restaurants, maximize retail productivity, monitor costs, and assists in setting up efficient stock control systems.
