Established Restaurant in Kempton Park has a Sous Chef position available. Looking for individuals with 3+ years experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment. Applicants must be skilled in following recipes and cooking meals according to set standards and strict guidelines. Experience in a Restaurant franchise environment preferred. Looking for someone who is skilled in stock management, variances and food cost reporting. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with the ability to work under pressure. This is a cooking role with management responsibilities. Salary R 10000 – 16000 K depending on experience. Growth opportunities offered.
