Established trendy Restaurant / Venue in Kempton Park is looking for a functions & events sales coordinator. Main duties will include the marketing, planning, running, and setting up all functions at the Restaurant. 3+ Years’ experience in function / event management required. Must have strong communications and customer relations skills. The successful applicant will be able to work under pressure and will have the ability to multi-task. Must be organized, outgoing and must be able to meet deadlines. Applicants must also be skilled in marketing the venue to draw in new business. Will be expected to double as a Restaurant manager when needed. The role requires evening and weekend work – not just a day job. Own car essential. Salary R 10 – 16 K net depending on experience.
