Guesthouse General Manager – Melville

Established Guest House / Boutique Hotel in Melville Johannesburg is looking for a General Manager. Candidates with 8+ years’ experience in a high-end Boutique Hotel or Guest House will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Guest House operation. Applicants must be well spoken with strong communications skills. Duties will include managing staff, stock, administration, rooms and dealing with suppliers. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills. Not a live in position – applicants must stay in Johannesburg. Salary 18 – 20K CTC.
