Very busy Restaurant in Meyersdal is looking for a Kitchen Manager. Applicants must have 5 or more years’ experience in kitchen management. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of general kitchen management procedures. Main duties will include stock control, stock ordering, variances, food costing, quality control, staff management and general kitchen administration. Experience in working with POS systems essential. Looking for someone with a passion for food and who can efficiently run a busy kitchen. This is predominantly a management position and not a cooking role. Looking for candidates who can work in a busy fast paced environment.
