Restaurant Group central kitchen is looking for a Butchery / Meat Production Manager to join the team. Looking for candidates with 5+ years’ experience in butchery / meat production management, preferably in a wholesale / retail FMCG environment. General butchery and meat management skills required. Must be skilled in meat preparation, cutting as well as have knowledge of meat aging techniques. Must have exceptional quality and quantity control skills. The suitable candidate will have knowledge of food health and safety as well as staff management and training. Must be able to work with high volumes. Only candidates with good contactable references will be considered. The person will be in charge of the complete production division. R 20000 – 25000 K CTC.
