Venue Head Chef – Muldersdrift

Head Chef available with wedding & events venue in Muldersdrift. Looking for individuals with 8+ years relevant chef experience in a venue / hotel & restaurant environment. Experience in all types of food delivery essential. Must have good all round cooking skills with the ability to lead a team. Looking for someone that can manage and control multiple kitchens at the same time. Must be a hands-on chef who can lead from the front. Management duties will include stock control, staff management and kitchen administration. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and food costing essential. Only experienced candidates with strong food quality control skills need to apply. Must be hard working and able to work under pressure. This is a cooking and a kitchen management role.
