Executive / Head Chef – Randpark Ridge

Executive / Head Chef needed for trendy Restaurant in Randpark Ridge. Looking for individuals with 6+ years senior chef experience. Experience in an al a carte Restaurant essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main duties will include food preparation and food quality control. Will be responsible for all kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Ability to create and cost menus required. The Restaurant also does functions so experience in all types of food delivery essential. Must be well-spoken with a positive attitude. 6 Day work week.
