Food retail shop in Randpark Ridge area is looking for a Butchery Manager. Looking for candidates with 8+ years’ experience in butchery management, preferably in a retail environment. General butchery management skills required. Must be skilled in meat preparation and cutting as well as have knowledge of meat aging techniques. Must have exceptional quality and quantity control skills. The suitable candidate will have knowledge of food health and safety as well as staff management and training. Must be skilled in different types of meat packing. Stock management skills required. Only candidates with good contactable references will be considered. R 17000 – 22000 K.
