Restaurant Manager – Randpark Ridge

Restaurant Manager position available with busy Café / Deli in Randpark Ridge. Applicants with 4 or more years relevant experience welcome to apply. Looking for someone who is skilled in front and back of house management. Must have strong knowledge of general floor management procedures. Main duties will include stock control, stock ordering, staff management, opening & closing procedures. Experience in working on a POS systems essential. Looking for someone with a passion for Restaurants and who has good customer relations skills. Must be hardworking and able to work in a busy fast paced environment. Salary R 12 – 15 K net.
