Junior Restaurant Manager – Roodepoort

A well-known café-style restaurant situated in Roodepoort is currently seeking a junior manager. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive management skills and have a minimum of two years’ experience in a full-service restaurant environment. It is imperative that the candidate has excellent communication skills, is articulate, and fluent in English. The duties of the position will include managing stock, maintaining customer relations, overseeing restaurant administration, preparing stock reports, ensuring service quality control, and managing opening and closing procedures. The candidate must be proficient in staff management and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The candidate should be hardworking and committed to developing a career in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on, quick thinker with a positive attitude.
