Busy upmarket Restaurant in Rosebank is looking for a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef. Applicants must have 5 or more years’ chef and kitchen management experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of general kitchen management procedures. Main duties will include stock control, stock ordering, variances, food costing, quality control, staff management and general kitchen administration. Looking for someone with a passion for food and who can efficiently run a busy Tapas kitchen. This is mainly a management role with some cooking responsibilities.
