Bar / Restaurant General Manager – Rosebank

Upmarket busy Bar Restaurant in Rosebank is looking for a senior manager. Candidates with 10+ years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional stock management skills. Must be skilled in cash up reconciliation, customer relations, opening & closing procedures. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong staff management and training skills. Trading hours until 2am so must be able to work late some evenings.
