Food & Beverage Manager position available with Golf Club in the Rosebank. Candidates with 8+ years F&B management experience will be considered. The suitable applicant will be responsible for overall food & beverage operations and will manage all stock and purchasing. Main duties will include stock control, staff management and all stock-related administration. Looking for a strong communicator and someone with exceptional organizing skills. Must be skilled in health and safety and must have the ability to train staff. Applicants must be skilled in liquor and food stock control. Experience in a multi bar, kitchen venue beneficial.
