Sous Chef available with wholesale bakery in Wynberg Sandton. Looking for individuals with 4 or more years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in bakery environment will be beneficial but not essential. Must have good all round cooking skills and have the ability to run a kitchen team. Main duties will include stock control, kitchen administration, staff management and training. Only experienced candidates with strong food quality control skills need to apply.
