Retail / wholesale bakery in Wynberg Sandton is looking for a senior Pastry Chef. Applicants must have 6 years + experience as a pastry chef. Must be strong in following recipes and meeting set quality standards. The client is looking for someone who is hardworking and able to meet deadlines. Must have experience in creating cakes, desserts, and several types of bread. Must be able to work under pressure in a retail bakery environment. Formal Diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts beneficial. Hours will depend on productivity, five to six days a week. (Sundays off) Salary R 15 – 20 K CTC.
