Senior Executive Chef needed for new upmarket Japanese Restaurant opening in Sandton. Looking for individuals with 10+ years senior chef experience. Experience in an al a carte Restaurant essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Experience in all types of food delivery essential.
