Restaurant Manager position available with busy Café / Deli in Sandton. Applicants with 5 or more years relevant experience welcome to apply. Looking for someone who is skilled in front and back of house management. Must have strong knowledge of general kitchen management procedures. Main duties will include stock control, stock ordering, staff management, opening & closing procedures. Experience in working on a POS systems essential.
