Restaurant / Cafe in the Sandton is looking for a Restaurant / Events Manager. Will consider candidates with 6+ years relevant management experience. The successful applicant will manage the day to day Restaurant operations as well as functions and events held at the venue. Looking for someone with strong customer relations and general organizing skills. Ability to manage & train staff a essential. Main duties will include stock control, cash ups, floor management, general administration, opening & closing procedures. Will only consider well-spoken and well-groomed candidates with a hands-on management style. Must be able to work evenings and weekends, this is not a day job. Salary R15 – 20 K per month.
