Restaurant Group Stock Controller – Sandton

Restaurant group head office is looking for a senior stock controller and buyer. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years stock management experience in a Restaurant environment. Will consider senior Restaurant managers with a strong stock controlling background.  Looking for someone that is very strong analytically. Main duties will include managing stock, identifying / curbing stock losses, managing variances and implementing stock control systems across all stores. Applicants must be very strong with stock reporting and must have good administrative skills. Experience in a multi-unit environment preferred. Salary 20 – 25K depending on experience.
