Restaurant / Bar in Sunninghill is looking for an all-round Manager with 4+ years Restaurant / Bar management experience to join the team. Applicants must be well spoken, well-groomed and have good customer relations skills. Candidates with a loyal working history will be preferred. Duties will include stock control, customer relations, staff management, Restaurant administration, opening & closing procedures. The position is ideal for an ambitious self-motivated and energetic candidate who works well in a busy environment. Must be able to work late hours. Salary 12 – 15 K net.
