Formal cooking /culinary arts qualification will be beneficial. Experience in working with premium fish essential. Must have experience in a sit-down, a la carte full-service Restaurant environment. The suitable candidate will be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main duties will include food preparation, food quality control, food cost control, kitchen administration, health-safety procedures, staff management, task delegation, staff training, stock loss and waste control.
