Determine the Training Need

After you have completed your Optiman S.W.O.T. Analysis you will deduct in which sections you need to train people. Once you know what training you need to offer to your team it is easy to earmark the people who need to attend.

Now call the service providers and get quotes for the cost of the training that you need to secure. Check your budget and compare notes. Hopefully, the quotes are within your training budget. If not, you will have to plan how you are going to manage the situation. 

Remember training might cost you some hard-earned money now, however, it will make you more money going forward. Proper training and planning prevent poor performance.
