SLEEP – EXERCISE – REST AND RECOVERY – FEEDING!
Are you one of the millions struggling to get that perfect balance?
Inevitably if the balance is not achieved something is bound to give or to get priority and other things remain to be left behind! Normally and to our own detriment, it is our health that is left behind. It is rather unnecessary that our health has to suffer.Â
Below you will find only a few of a myriad of applications that have been developed to assist mankind with looking after their health. It is quite amusing that we need a smartphone to tell us what to do! We really are suckers.

- Feeding. You know that too much of anything is bad for you.Â
- Repeat SERF
If any of the SERF stages are out of sync, too little sleep, too much exercise, too little food, or too much of the wrong food and no rest and recovery, your immune system and your health will take a knock!Â
Currently, we are all fighting the Covid monster which gives us so much more incentive to get the balance right.Â
I challenge you, let us get the balance right together, S-E-R-F!
