Sous Chef – 5* Lodge – KZN

Part of a successful and very upmarket international lodge group, we are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join the team of their 5* Lodge in KZN. The position will report directly to the Executive Chef. The lodge is home to THE BIG 5 and situated a 3.5 hour drive from Durban and approximately 7 hours from Johannesburg. As such, own transport would be an added benefit for the candidate.

Salary: R12000 to R15000 Gross (compulsory medical and pension contribution form part of the salary package) – accommodation and meals provided
