We are looking for an experienced and strong Food and Beverage Manager for a well-known and busy restaurant in Hermanus.
The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a strong focus on customer service.
Please note: A trial shift will be expected as part of the selection process.
Minimum requirements:
– South African ID
– Grade 12
– Minimum 4 years’ experience as a FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent POS management skills
– Excellent stock management skills
– Able to work shifts
– Able to work well under pressure
– Own reliable transport
– Clear criminal record
