Sushi Chef position available with new upmarket Restaurant in Bedfordview. Applicants must have 4 or more years’ experience as a sushi chef. Experience in a high-end environment / Hotel or Japanese Restaurant / kitchen required. Must have strong knife skills and must be skilled in preparing all types of sushi. The suitable candidate will also have general cooking experience. Looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and eye for detail. Applications must be well-groomed.
