Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef opportunity available at a reputable modern Restaurant / Bar in Bryanston. We are looking for individuals who have 7+ years of relevant experience in chef and kitchen management. Experience in Restaurant a la carte food service is a must. Applicants should have comprehensive cooking skills and the ability to oversee a pass. Primary responsibilities will include food preparation, stock management, and kitchen administration. A strong grasp of food hygiene and food costing is necessary. Candidates must be able to lead a kitchen brigade effectively. Only experienced individuals with robust food quality control skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be hardworking and able to perform well under pressure.
