Restaurant Area Operations Manager – Johannesburg North/West

Area / Operations Manager required for a fast-food quick service restaurant group operating multiple outlets in Jhb North and Roodepoort Gauteng. Candidates will be expected to travel between stores and therefore the client will only consider candidates who live in the Jhb area. Experience in a franchise environment essential. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in head office or multi-store / senior management. The role demands a proactive individual who will participate in store operations and support store management with everyday tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing franchise support and maximizing store potential. The primary duties of the role include maintaining brand standards, service levels, recruitment, development, and training. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on management style and a strong passion for the Restaurant industry. Irregular working hours apply including evening shifts, 6-day work week.
