Front of House Restaurant Manager – Rosebank

Very busy upmarket Restaurant in Rosebank is looking for a front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 3+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. Must have good communications skills with the ability to manage a Restaurant floor. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates must have good references. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash ups essential. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic.
