Payroll Administrator – Silverton Pretoria

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage our end-to-end payroll and time management functions. In this role, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle on our systems, from loading new appointments and processing FTC-to-permanent promotions to handling terminations and UI19 documentation. You will maintain daily attendance via Turbo Time and ZK clocking systems, manage leave applications, and process complex monthly adjustments including AODs, Provident Fund, and transport deductions. Beyond technical processing on PaySpace and SEESA, the successful candidate will provide essential HR support by resolving payroll queries, maintaining POPIA-compliant filing, and issuing staff uniforms.
