Front of House Restaurant Manager – Waterkloof Ridge

Very busy Restaurant in the Waterkloof Ridge area is looking for a front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 4+ years’ relevant management experience will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a Restaurant floor. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration essential. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures.
