Kitchen Manager position available for a theatre restaurant in Menlopark, Pta East. Looking for individuals with 2+ years relevant chef and/or kitchen management experience. Experience in al a carte and function menus essential. Pastry & cake experience is a bonus. Main duties will include menu development, stock control, kitchen administration, managing staff and function planning. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and food costing essential. Must be hard working, able to work under pressure and adapt with ever changing shows & functions. Salary R 10000 – 15000.
